This is Castlevania - Symphony of the Night

Arguably according to many, the best Castlevania game in the whole series and I must agree, it probably is. Even though I have a soft spot for Soma Cruz in Dawn of Sorrow. I remember when I first was introduced to Symphony of the Night by my a friend that I have sadly lost touch with. It was quite the amazing experience.

I have nothing more to say about this game that cannot be told through the gameplay, except the same thing I mentioned during Vampire Hunter D video which is that Alucard was highly inspired by D in terms of design as well as how the cape moves when you jump. Like when you double jump ( this also happens for Soma in Dawn of Sorrow although with his trench coat ), Alucard's cape will turn into large bat wings.

Fantastic game.
