“The situation is always a lot more nuanced than how it’s reported outside,” Mr Mohseni said.
“You see women on the streets, they drive. As a matter of fact, in the major cities, they walk around with their faces uncovered. They are even employed by the government.
“But you can’t take any of this for granted.”
