BATHUA RAITA
1. Cleaned , washed and boiled bathua leaves
2. Fresh curd
3. Sugar / honey , optional
4. Salt . all 3, normal , black and pink salt asper taste
5. Roasted cumin powder
6. Red chilli powder / green chillies chopped / kashmiri chilli
7. Pepper powder
BATHUA PARATHA
1.Wheat flour
2. Little maida or rice flour can be mixed
3. Salt as per taste
4. Ajwain / carrom seeds
5. Hing , asafoetida
6. Green chillies chopped , can be deseeded
7.Grated ginger
8. BATHUA LEAVES , FINELY CHOPPED , no need to boil
9. Turmeric powder
10. Coriander powder
11. Cumin powder
12. Oil
