Bake Toujours Baking Vlog Season 1 Episode 3:
In this episode of Bake Toujours Baking Vlog I am demonstrating exactly when and how to split your macaron batter to achieve multicolored shells. You will see how to create a tie-dye or marbled effect.
In addition, I'm bringing you along for the ride as I test out my conventional oven. My fellow macaron baker, Kirstynn, at Nora's Macarons told me a little tip for how to successfully bake two trays at once, and we are testing it out RIGHT NOW on YouTube. Let's do it!
Thanks so much for sharing with me Kirstynn! Find her on instagram @norasmacarons ! Our baking community is SO awesome!
**Using an adapted version of Indulge with Mimi's macaron recipe. You can find out more recipe info on our Macaron Tutorial video on my channel.
