These 4 Ingredient Gluten Free Sugar Cookies could not be any easier. They’re made with a gluten free flour blend (with xanthan gum), sugar, butter and vanilla extract. That’s it! There’s no egg in them and you could easily swap out the butter with a plant based option for a dairy free cookie.
Ingredients:
½ Cup Butter Softened
⅓ Cup Granulated Sugar + 1-2 Tbs For Rolling
1 Cup Gluten Free Measure for Measure Flour, such as King Arthurs [ Ссылка ]
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 325ºF.
1. Line a baking sheets with parchment paper.
2. Using a hand-mixer, cream the butter and sugar in a mixing bowl until well combined.
3. Add the extract and mix until blended.
4. Add the flour and beat until the dough comes together
5. Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, portion out 1 ½ Tbs of dough and roll them between your hands into balls.
6. Roll the balls of cookie dough in the reserved sugar and place the dough on the prepared baking sheet.
7. Press down on top of each ball with the bottom of a glass.
8. Bake for 14-16 minutes or until the edges are light brown.
9. Let cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to continue cooling.
