On our last day in Inner Mongolia, we woke up and visited this unique morning market along the border of Mongolia and China in the heart of Manzhouli. While we didn't buy anything, It was an interesting and nice way to spend the morning. Walking around browsing the various vendors fruits and vegetables. There was also a meat section where some vendors sold freshly caught fish or harvested lamb and beef. Surviving in these places, it is always much better for them to have markets such as these rather than a more modern grocery store. Somehow, when you live off the land.. this just makes sense.
