Members of the Meham Chaubisi Khap are invited to speak about the khap panchayat system. They are not connected to the Manoj-Babli case, but have been asked to provide insights into the system. The khap members say that our forefathers have laid down certain rules and those who go against those rules are responsible for the consequences.
