Ingredients of Aloo Palak || Spinach and Potatoes Salan Recipe.

1) Spinach : 1 kg.
2) Water for spinach boiling : 3 glass.
3) Oil : 1 cup.
4) Medium Size Onion : 1
5) Ginger , Garlic and coriander powder : 1 tbsp. (You can use fresh ginger and garlic paste).
6) Red Chili : 1tbsp
7) Turmeric powder : 1/2 tbsp.
8) Salt 1/2 tbsp (According to taste).
9) Medium size tomato : 1
10) Green Chilies : 2 to 3
11) Medium Size Potatoes : 3 to 4
