Raw Coconut Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 Young Coconut
3-4 Soaked Dates without pits (soak for 1 hour)
A Dash of Cinnamon
A Dash of Nutmeg
Directions:
1) Open your coconut with a large knife (be safe!), pour water into your blender, then scrape out the inside coconut flesh and add to blender
2) Then add all other ingredients and blend
3) Drink up!
