In this video I discuss dealing with disclosures of abusive practices in an effective way.
You may be in a position where your witness an action by a colleague or a customer towards another individual which you deem to be inappropriate or abusive. Alternatively you may be in a position where someone tells you about such an action. The steps you take next are important as they will help to protect both the person being abused and yourself.
