A day after the Unnao rape victim and her lawyer were critically injured and two of her aunts killed in a road accident, the Rae Bareli police Monday lodged an FIR against BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar, who is in jail on charges of rape, and his brother Manoj. Both, along with eight others, have been charged with murder and attempt to murder.
