Hundreds of thousands are reported to be trapped in the besieged Ukrainian city of Mariupol.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will be further explaining the humanitarian crisis to the Nato summit through a video address on Thursday.
U.S. President Joe Biden will also join talks at this NATO summit and apply more sanctions against Russia.

Russian airstrikes hit the Ukrainian port city of Mariupol, home to 450-thousand, on Tuesday local time.
According to Ukrainian officials, the strikes came a day after Ukraine rejected Russia's demand to surrender.
Hundreds of thousands are reported to be trapped in buildings, running short of food and water.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Tuesday told the Italian Parliament through a virtual address that "there is nothing left in Mariupol," and that the city has reduced to "ruins like Armageddon."
The same dire situation continues in Kherson, a city in the south of Ukraine that Russia captured earlier this month.
Ukraine's foreign ministry says that 300-thousand in Kherson are running out of food.
Zelenskyy will be further demonstrating the grim situation in Ukraine on Thursday in a video address to the NATO summit.
U.S. President Joe Biden is also expected to join talks at this upcoming NATO summit at Brussels.
National security adviser Jake Sullivan on Tuesday, said that the President will work with allies to enforce more sanctions against Russia and tighten already existing ones.
After the meeting, Biden is scheduled to travel to Ukraine's neighboring country, Poland, in a show for support.
Russia's invasion of Ukraine has gone on now for almost four weeks since its first strike, and Western leaders have lately been worried if this will escalate into a full-blown nuclear war.
According Russia's Tass News Agency, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Tuesday that "Russia would only use nuclear weapons if its very existence was threatened."
