Newark real estate projects In the area of Shaq Tower and Newark Penn Station in downtown Newark, NJ:

......real estate development under construction or recently completed is now becoming quite prevalent nd is part of downtown Newark's revitalization.

Many cool projects are planned here but shown in this video are three buildings which are either recently completed or are currently under construction and are: Shaq Tower built by Shaquille O'Neal.....the building is aka Iconiq 777) on McCarter Highway, Halo Tower on Washington Street and 55 Union in the Ironbound neighborhood.

Other examples of projects recently completed or currently planned near these three buildings in the downtown area include the Millennium Project (planned), Arc Tower (planned), Vibe (planned), One Theatre Square (completed), Citisquare (planned), Four Corners Millennium Tower, Teachers Village and others.

This new development in Newark is indeed producing heady days for this city which has been enveloped in hopelessness for generations due to terrible urban blight (especially following the 1967 race riots), very high crime, murder and poverty rates, drastic population decline and white flight.
