This event in the #SDGPavilion shed light on how to address the disconnect between the science-policy-society interface towards acceleration of synergic action on climate and the SDGs. Many countries face a number of barriers, including access to sound data, methodologies and tools that can help translate scientific findings into digestible and actionable polices. This was also one of key the findings of the recently published Expert Group Report on Climate and SDG Synergies, an overview of which was presented by the co-chair of the Expert Group at the event.
