The French magistrate is considering possible corruption in the case... of whether the arbitration process was rigged in favor of the businessman... who had supported Nicolas Sarkozy in France′s 2007 presidential race.
Lagarde called the suspicion "baseless"... and said she was returning to Washington DC, after undergoing 15 hours of questioning at the court of justice in Paris.
The IMF managing director has yet to be charged.
