Ingredients:
1 tbsp Ghee
100 gms Aliv/Halim, soaked
1/2 cup Jaggery
1 cup Coconut, grated
Almonds & Cashew nuts, chopped
Method of preparation:
In a vessel, add ghee and let it melt.
Once the ghee melts, add jaggery and let it melt.
Add aliv/halim, coconut, nuts, keep stirring it until it turns thick.
Switch off the flame and let it cool down.
Let it cool down, start make round balls of the mixture.
Our Halim/Aliv Ladoo is ready to serve.
