Please watch this video - basically you need to push both buttons on the handle and pull the cord and it starts right up every time! If you have this chainsaw you need to know how to do this, because it can be a problem!! I just stopped in the middle of chainsawing to tighten the chain and could not get it started. (I pulled and pulled, let it sit ... etc) I tried this tip and it started right up!
