I've been eating a high fat carnivore diet for just over a week and the changes so far are interesting. My blood glucose has been much lower, my fasting glucose has improved and I'm feeling really good apart from having some belly upsets in the morning that settle later in the day.
My weight is also down 1kg!
I'm looking forward to seeing how this goes over time and in this video I'm talking about the various views on how much protein we should be consuming and my thoughts after listening to a few people on the subject.

I created this channel many years ago to share my health journey. Videos have come and gone as I've searched for answers over the years. But after switching to an ancestrally appropriate, meat-based diet, I finally feel like I've found something worth sharing. I'm not a doctor or a nutritionist. I'm not telling you what to do or what to eat. I'm simply sharing what I'm doing and my results for those who might be interested in a carnivore style diet.
