Rugby doesn't have to be played on grass. We played snow rugby with England legend Jonny Wilkinson 11,000 feet above sea level. Afterwards, we sat down to discuss the difficulties of playing in extreme conditions, the players Wilkinson would pick in his dream five-a-side team and his predictions for the 2019 Rugby World Cup.
