Solution Focused Brief Therapy is an approach to psychotherapy that is focused on identifying the clients preferred future and their resources that could one day create this future. Using this approach with couples can be a challenge, as most couples therapy sessions are a challenge. In this video, I demonstrate how using a particular line of questions towards the beginning of the session can make the rest of session much more productive.
