Q: Who can I authorize to be my representative by submitting an IMM 5476 form?
A: You can authorize any person that helped you fill out the application forms, as well as an agent of an immigration consulting agency or a member of any organization that helps people with the application process. The agency should employ at least one member of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council, a member of the Canadian provincial or territorial law society or the Chambre des notaires du Quebec.
