Parc Central is positioned as a light luxury. The exterior is a "double carp-shaped" building. The top of the building is covered by a silver mesh steel structure material, which resembles fish scales. The façades of the fish-shaped buildings all use see-through glass curtain walls. It is a huge "open shopping park", which aims to become a new landmark of high-end shopping malls in South China.
Parc Central was originally Hongcheng Plaza, located between Tianhe Road Grandview Plaza and TEEMALL. The project has a total land area of 47,000 square meters and a total construction area of 110,000 square meters, including two floors above ground and three floors below ground, with a construction area of about 20,000 square meters. Square meters, the underground construction area is about 90,000 square meters.
