In Canadian County alcohol sales were on the ballot, something that residents have been working to change for years now.
Voters deciding whether to not alcoholic beverages can be purchased on Sunday starting at 8 am, something that has not been allowed in Canadian County since the 1980's.
Many believe the new law would not only benefit restaurant, bar, and liquor store owners, but would benefit the county in many ways, one being through tax dollars.
