This video is about the Rogue Fitness Deep Dish Arnold Edition 45lb plate. This comes in a pair and this was the closeout version. This video is to show you my first impressions and look at the plate. The plates cost me $293 shipped with tax and took only 5 days to receive after ordering. These plates will cost you a pretty penny and not recommended if you just want to get some weights there are far cheaper options. I am not affiliated with Rogue Fitness in any capacity and did not receive these plates for free.
