Singapore is fielding one of the youngest squads at this year’s World Team Table Tennis Championships. Only two players are above 25 years old, and seven of the 10 are making their tournament debut. Singapore's best outing at the World Championships came in 2010 when the women's team took gold after beating China 3-1.
