Hi friends, how are all of you? I hope everything is going good. This time I am presenting a Bengali dish - Shim Sorshe Posto or Shim’er Jhal. Shim or Green flat beans got lots of different names regionally. It is one of those whole edible vegetables which is easily available in the market and loaded with nutrients. This dish has Bengali delicacy. The Paste I used here for the gravy is the soul of this dish. The combined taste of poppy seeds and mustard seeds feel like heaven while having this. I showed this simple preparation in an easy way. Prepare this today and have it with steamed rice.

INGREDIENTS-
Shim- 250 g
A paste made using poppy seeds(2 tbsp) and mustard seeds(1 tsp)
coriander leaves- a handful
slit green chillies- 3 to 4
Onion seeds or kaalo jeere- 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder- 1 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Sugar- 1 tsp
Salt- as required
Mustard oil- 3 tbsp
