Tonight's SummerSlam fallout edition of SmackDown takes place from the Simmons Bank Arena in North Little Rock, Arkansas.

Universal Champion Roman Reigns defeated John Cena last Saturday at SummerSlam to retain his title. After the match, Brock Lesnar made his surprise return and confronted Reigns to end the pay-per-view.

Reigns will host a championship celebration tonight.

Becky Lynch also made a surprise return last weekend and defeated Bianca Belair in 26 seconds to win the SmackDown Women's Championship. Originally, Belair was supposed to defend against Sasha Banks. Before the match, the ring announcer informed the audience that Banks could not compete, and Carmella was taking her place.

Instead, Lynch returned to a massive reaction, attacked Carmella, and quickly pinned Belair with the Manhandle slam.

Lynch will be appearing on tonight's show.

A tag team match with Intercontinental Champion Shinsuke Nakamura & Rick Boogs facing Dolph Ziggler & Robert Roode has also been announced for tonight.
