This is a young man who has stage IV nose cancer treated with chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Unfortunately, this did not completely cure the disease and he has residual cancer. In this short video clip, a nasoendoscope is passed into his left nostril and a biopsy taken with a Hildyard biopsy forceps. This is relatively painless and the bleeding is transient and stops spontaneously
