Make sure your tv is updated due to a backdoor access to the "CCP, chinese communist party" that tcl android tvs originally came with according to an article... Your tcl tv should have updated on its own since powering up.. If not make sure you do.. It closes that.
I cant tell you how creepy it is to have this light blinking on its own in the middle of the night randomly on and off.
Best thing to do is to turn it off.
