In this video I show you how to set up a new bullet journal in 15 minutes. It's a simple, effective, minimalist system for consistent success that leads to productive days and weeks. No washi tape, fancy pens, or stencils needed (not that there's anything wrong with that).

The biggest challenge for new bullet journalers is the sheer amount of setup it appears to take just to get started. I'm here to tell you there's an easier way to start and be successful without all the art and doodling.
