INGREDIENTS
2 cups Bambara beans
1 medium tomato
1 medium onion
1 scotch bonnet pepper
Salt to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Soak beans in water overnight
2. Cook beans for 45 minutes and add your tomato, onion and pepper. Leave to cook for 10 minutes.
3. Take the vegetables out and blend them.
4. Pour your blended vegetables into the beans .
5. Add salt and leave to thicken.
Aboboi is ready, serve with tatale or fried plantain.
