Today I'm sharing my high protein breakfast smoothie! This has been my go-to smoothie recipe lately while I'm on my postpartum weight loss journey.
High Protein Smoothie Recipe 💪🏻
Serves 1
Ingredients:
✨10-12 oz. water
✨2 scoops Autumn's Chocolate Protein Powder (Or Autumn's Vanilla Protein Powder)
✨1/2 cup full fat skyr
✨2 scoops unflavored collagen
✨1 Tbsp. hemp seeds
✨2 Tbsp. almond butter (or peanut butter)
✨2 brazil nuts
✨1/2 cup frozen blueberries
✨optional 1 tsp. maca powder
Blend and serve!
