How To Use A Mould To Make Concrete Bricks By DIY !
1. Mix cement and sand in a 1:1 ratio and stir evenly !
2. Coat the inner wall of the mold with mold release agent or engine oil to facilitate demolding !
3. While pouring the concrete, strike around the mold with a rubber hammer to allow the air bubbles to escape !
4. After the cement slurry is set, water it for maintenance or cover it with a damp cloth to prevent cracking due to too rapid setting !
5. Twenty-four hours later, when the hardness of the cement reaches the standard, turn the mold upside down and tap the mold with a rubber mallet !
6. After demolding, keep watering for maintenance to enhance the hardness !
