Financial Youtubers were just sued for $1Billion Dollars for promoting FTX. I will talk about Erika Kullberg, who no one else seems to be focused on because she’s an attorney and I believe she has a duty of care more serious than the other influencers. This lawsuit is from the same Plaintiff who sued Tom Brady and Larry David but this hits differently, these financial influencers were trusted to be experts in finance and so the courts might take that into consideration more deeply. And the SEC will be close behind, is my guess.
