Chifumbano Teddy Katongo is a dynamic youth leader, a water and environmental advocate based in Zambia, Livingstone town. Serving as President of the World Youth Parliament for Water and founder of the Zambia Youth Parliament for Water, Teddy is dedicated to empowering young voices in water conservation, climate adaptation, and sustainability.
