The Spanish a-la-carte restaurant at the Barcelo Maya Grand Resort (in the Riviera Maya, Mexico) is called La Fuente. It's in the Barcelo Maya Caribe hotel but can be booked by anyone staying at the resort. It offers a variety of foods from the different regions of Spain.
