When cancelling within those 24 hours, you will receive a full refund with no additional fees or charges. Additionally, if your flight is cancelled by JetBlue for any reason outside of your control - due to weather conditions or other factors - then you may be eligible for vouchers equal in value to the original ticket purchase price as well as discounts on future travel. All cancellations must be made through Jetblue’s website and changes cannot be requested over the phone unless speaking directly with an agent at customer service.
