Mutton Biriyani:
Ingredients :
Basmathi rice - 1 kg
Mutton - 1 kg
Peanut oil - 225ml
Cardamom - 1 g
Cinnamon - 1g
Cloves - 1 g
Bay Leaves - 3 no’s
Big onion - 550g
Ginger garlic paste - 3 tbsp
Coriander leaves - handful
Mint leaves - handful
Red chili powder - 2 tsp
Kashmir red chili powder - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Green chili - 11g
Curd - 150ml
Tomato - 550g
Hot water - 850ml
Katharikkai kothsu :
Ingredients:
Sesame oil - 80ml
Pepper - 2 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Fenugreek seeds - 1/2 tsp
BRINJAL - 500g
Salt to taste
Green chili - 3nos
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Red chili powder - 1 tsp
Tomato - 4 no’s
White sesame seeds - 25g
Tamirand water - 11/2 cups
