I gave my mothers iPhone to Phone Xpress in Swansgate. He changed the battery for £30 and took it home and it wasn’t charging. My brother went Thurs to see what the problem was he then said the charging socket need replacing. So I went today and ask for my money back as I knew he was bullshitting as he didn’t check and wanted more ££ for nothing. I asked him to take his battery out and refund me back the £30 and this is what happen next....... please please like this and show the whole of Wellingborough their customer service policy... I then took it to Spark Angels and said he left the plastic on the battery and didn’t dock the battery properly and it wasn’t the socket. Which prove my point this man cannot be trusted. Don’t forget to like it !!!
