Bean fried rice is a rice recipe. It is highly nutritional and protein rich meal.

INGREDIENTS:
Whole masoor dal 1 cup
Whole red gram 1 cup
Black eyed bean 1 cup
Onion(chopped) 1 nos
Red capsicum 1 nos
Yellow capsicum 1 nos
Cooked rice 2 cups
Tomatoes(pieces) 1 cup
Salt To taste
Butter 2 tbs
Garlic(chopped) 10 cloves
White pepper powder 1 tsp
Coriander leaves(chopped) ½ bunch
METHOD:
1. Soak the masoor dal, red gram, black eyed bean overnight and boil it separately and keep aside.
2. Heat butter in a pan and add garlic, onions, salt and saute it.
3. Add yellow capsicum, green capsicum and saute it.
4. Add black eyed bean, red gram, masoor dal, tomatoes saute it for a minute.
5. Then add white pepper powder and saute it for a minute.
6. Now add rice and toss it and check for seasoning.
7. At last add coriander leaves and serve the hot bean fried rice.
