Since the rain has moved in and we haven't gotten out as much we decided to take you guys on a tour of our favorite country in the Caribbean . . . BELIZE! Caye Caulker is a quaint little island off the coast of mainland Belize and is the "little brother" of the other two islands which are San Pedro (which we've also been to) and Placencia. Caye Caulker is by far the most laid back out of all the islands with San Pedro being the most bustling of the three.
