A Video showing a Major General of the Nigerian Army and two other soldiers brutalising a young couple in Abuja has sparked outrage social media.
The couple, Vershima Mker and Lami Jennifer were traveling along Gwarinpa and was accused of passing the convoy of the Major General, G.S. Mohammed and Corporal A. Abubakar. The couple were reportedly stopped with blaring sirens and brutalized.
Former Governor of Imo State, Senator Rochas Okorocha, on Monday, appealed to the Federal Government to release the detained leader of the Indigenous Peoples of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu.
