STRAVA SEGMENT HUNTING | FABIAN SPENNARE
In this video, I went out to give the Strava Segment "Coll de sa Creu" also known as "Military Hill" here in Mallorca (since it is located next to the military base) a spin. Being my second time riding the segment it was not a very familiar road for me and yes here we go, excuses excuses. I had... I thought I had enabled the Garmin "Live Strava Segment" popup but I had not so I had no info or understanding of how far it was left so I had to do just do as good as I could. My goal is to give it another try during my visit and see if I could do it under 17 min, yes now I have said it :D
The Segment is located on a very calm and low trafficked road with nice switchbacks.
I was pleased with my performance since it was my second time even riding the segment and keeping in mind that the bike that I have borrowed from my dad is both old and did not have the most optimal gear set up but it was great fun.
