A few things I've learned over the past 8-10 months from renting our home to traveling nurses on furnished finder. So far it's been a great experience and have had responsible tenants.

*side note, I was hesitant to share this video because I am not an expert at renting our home (yet) so I am still learning and I also left out a bunch of other lessons so maybe I'll have to make a part two. And secondly, I feel like a deer in the headlights when doing sit-down videos and pick myself apart while editing, I did film this almost 3 weeks ago now and definitely feel more comfortable and confident in front of the camera every time I pick it up to film something but it is such a learning curve for me!
