Recipe:
4 cups of all purpose flour
1 14 oz pk or 1 tablespoon and 1/4 tsp of yeast
1/3 cup of sugar
1 tsp of salt
1 cup of warm milk
1/3 cup of Butter softened
3 eggs
3 tbsp of butter melted
Warm butter and milk up to 110 degrees
Mix warm milk butter with yeast let sit for 5 min till bubbles
Then add sugar
Flour
Egg yolks
salt and mix till pulls away from bowl
Continue to mix until kneaded and smooth
Transfer to an oil bowl cover let rise for an hour.
When doubled cut in half and cut till you get 12 pieces
Roll into balls place seam side down in a greeced pan let double in size when doubled bake at 375 for 20 to 25 min
Brush with melted butter and enjoy
