It is actually Emmy Rossum. Initially, the production team wanted to use a mannequin, and they ended up creating a mask of her face, but when they added fake eyes, it didn't look like her. She then suggested that she act like the mannequin in its place. She did this by dressing like a doll, applying waxy makeup, and remaining eerily motionless.
