What a Dashing monkey! Ragavan, Nimble Pilferer is a theft card that likes to attack. We’re going to combine him with more Dash cards to create something of an ETB deck, and since Ragavan’s a pirate, it makes sense that it also have a sub-theme of theft and lands-matters. Land-ho!
