How to make Soft and Fluffy Yema Cake
Ingredients:
Chiffon Cake:
1 cup Cake Flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 cup Oil
4 pcs. Large Egg Yolk
1/2 cup water
2 tsp. Vanilla
Meringue:
4pcs. Egg White
1/4 cup White Sugar
1/2 tsp. Cream of Tartar
Yema Frosting:
4pcs. Egg Yolk
1/2 of big can Evaporated Milk
1/2 cup All Purpose Cream
300ml (Big can) Condensed Milk
1 tbsp. Cornstarch
1 1/2 tbsp. Butter
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 box of Cheese
Bake in a preheated oven at 160C for 15-20 minutes
