There are many different kinds of Voice Over work. Documentary style is one of them. Edgestudio.com has a ton of sample scripts that are free to use. I connected with this one and curiously - it wasn't till I found the music did the pacing and style of my voice come together. I had done reads probably 20 times. And none of them gave me goose bumps. But then I found the music and I knew I had to do another read while listening to the music... and the goose bumps came. I knew I had it.
