This week we say goodbye to our home state of Queensland, and cross the border into New South Wales, bound for Tamworth, Australia’s Country Music Capital!
With so much to see and do, we are bringing you our Top 5 things to do in Tamworth, including the iconic Big Golden Guitar, Gallery of the Stars Wax Museum and recently opened National Guitar Museum. For the history buffs there is the fascinating and interactive Power Station Museum which we loved, and a highlight for Jasper was the Regional Playground and Hopscotch Café that is sure to keep both the big and little kids entertained!
Plus we reignite our love of the Australian Silo Art Trail, and discover the most impressive artwork set against a classic country backdrop in Barraba.
